Arbab Dar

Arbab Dar is CEO and Country Managing Partner for EY in Norway, a professional services firm offering audit, consulting, tax, transaction and strategy services. He advises clients in banking and insurance, and leads EY’s Norwegian operations, which employ around 2,400 people and generate NOK 5 billion in revenue. Before joining EY, he was CFO of Nordea Norway, and he is a state-authorised public accountant.

Combining practical, theoretical and leadership experience, Arbab has a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities organisations face. He is committed to "building a better working world", and serves on the board of UNICEF Norway.

He believes organisations that fail to embed inclusion at every level will struggle over time, and that leaders carry significant responsibility for creating environments where people feel safe, share openly, and grow.
